“The Blue Ridge Cabin is situated on two acres of mostly wooded land. The cabin has the perfect mixture of modern amenities, with the classic wood cabin design. This spacious four bedroom cabin includes, two queen beds, a king bed, and a full bed, as well as two main living areas, two Keurigs, and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay. The outdoor area is perfect for hosting private gatherings, from a huge fire pit area, multiple picnic tables, a high end grill, and even a hammock. It’s biggest draw is it’s location, with mountains on every side, while being just a quarter mile from the East Coast’s most renown brewery – Devils Backbone Brewing.

This log cabin Airbnb was beyond charming. It’s located just outside of Charlottesville, Virgina, within a stone’s throw of the state’s best wineries and breweries.

Photographing an airbnb is a lot like real estate photography, where we focus on showing the width of the rooms, and the layout of the space – it also takes this creative process one step further by focusing in on all of the little details. We initially made one pass through this property with an ultra wide angle prime lens, showing the space, and then a second time with a 50mm f/0.95 to blur out the background and bring the viewer’s attention into the ultra fine details. When you’re buying a house, you want to see the walls, but when you’re staying at an Airbnb, you want to envision the experience of living in that environment. All of the media within this page, was filmed, photographed and scanned in-house within hours of arriving on site, by a one-man crew.
